Our objective is to support efforts to fundraise for smaller, less-known charities. While we recognize the importance of the major charities such as the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society, we feel that there are a number of smaller, less-recognized entities who do great work supporting patients, research or education related to heart-health or cancer-related goals. Our challenge is to support these endeavors that do not consume donations in high overhead costs, so that a much higher percentage of gifts goes toward supporting patient support, research, and hopefully, cures in the near future.
